Call for Artists for our Abstract group show, "SYZYGY" themed show

Attention Artists!

We're excited to announce an open call for submissions for our upcoming group exhibition, "SYZYGY" Abstract show.   This is an opportunity for artists from all backgrounds and disciplines to showcase their work in Los Angeles and be part of an exciting artistic experience.  We are in search for 10-15 artists to participate, scheduled to showcase 05/04/2024.

About the Exhibition/Event: Experience the essence of artistic storytelling at Echo Park Art, a boutique gallery nestled in the heart of Southern California's trendy Echo Park neighborhood in Los Angeles. Our mission is to illuminate the narratives behind each artist's work, offering a platform where their stories come to life through art. Our latest exhibition, 'Syzygy,' delves into the concept of conjunction and opposition, showcasing the interplay between contrasting elements such as light and dark, sun and moon. Join us on a journey of exploration and discovery as we celebrate the harmonious balance found within the artistic realm.

Submission Guidelines:

• Eligibility: This call is open to artists of all levels, working in any medium.
• Submission Deadline: 04/26/2024
• Submission Fee: $25 for 3 images, $10 after 3 images, up to 6 total images
• Requirements: Artists may submit 3 of artworks, along with a well-written artist statement and bio. High-quality images of the artwork are required.
• How to Submit: Submissions are accepted through www.echopark.com/artist-submissions
•  Please follow the instructions provided on our website for the submission process.
• Notification: Artists will be notified of acceptance via email by 04/28/2024
