Photography Now 2020 - The Center for Photography at Woodstock

Photography Now is CPW’s annual call to discover the most compelling photography projects in the US and beyond. This call is juried by a different leading curator every year. The Director’s Purchase Prize is awarded to one individual, whose work is purchased by CPW for inclusion in CPW’s Permanent Print Collection.
Photography Now 2020 JUROR: Andy Adams
Andy Adams is a culture producer and digital director with a passion for visual media + creative communications. Since 2004, he has consulted arts organizations and cultural institutions that use the Internet to engage, inspire, and educate the public.
Adams is a pioneer in the field of online art exhibition and has collaborated with the RISD Museum of Art, the Australian Centre for Photography, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and numerous other organizations. He is the Director of FlakPhoto Projects, a web-based digital/arts lab focused on promoting photography in all of its forms.
In his spare time, he hosts the FlakPhoto Network, a 16,000-member online community focused on conversations about visual/media culture. Find him on Instagram @FlakPhoto.

Prizes Details:
Director's Purchase Prize: One work from the exhibition will be purchased by CPW for our permanent print collection.
All artists selected for the exhibition receive a one-year CPW Advanced Membership, which includes a Portfolio Review with CPW's Curatorial Staff.
All submitters will be offered a complimentary 15 minute Virtual Handshake meeting with CPW staff.
