Open Call for Submissions - Fall 2021

Flora Fiction is looking for artists, writers, poets, photographers, illustrators, and others to be featured for Volume 2 Issue 3, Fall 2021 online literary magazine set to release the first day of Fall on September 22nd, 2021. We’re inspired by you and would love to see what you have to offer. Please check out our previous issues for reference of work we’ve published. If your style and content fits with us, send away!

Theme: Hauntings

Haunting(s). There are those we left behind and those who leave us behind. Moving on and growing is bittersweet. Often, we feel the shadows of our past linger. Does this help or harm us? If so, how?

Possession and control are such intoxicating forces that we may find ourselves consumed with a haunting of a person, idea, or memory. We are all influenced by factors outside our control. Do we (at times) embody the things that haunt us? How does possession play against reality?

Submissions are open from July 25th, 2021 until August 31st, 2021

All entries will be notified by September 10th, 2021.
